Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Geek Villain Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and you, the customer. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on our website. The Terms and Conditions in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions proposed by customers.
Failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the remaining provisions.
2. Placing an Order
Each order you place is treated as an offer by you to purchase the goods, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. We accept orders for delivery within the UK and internationally; delivery charges and estimated times are set out on our Delivery Information page.
We do not accept telephone orders.
All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by email. Please note that this electronic acknowledgment does not constitute order confirmation or acceptance. A legally binding contract between you and us is formed only when the goods are dispatched or collected. We reserve the right to decline all or part of any order for any reason, in which case we will notify you by email, telephone, or in person.
When deciding whether to accept your order, we may use certain information about you, including information received from credit reference agency checks. This helps protect both you and us against fraudulent transactions.
If your payment cannot be authorised for any reason, we will let you know and may invite you to pay by an alternative method.
3. Prices
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time you place your order, whether or not the order has been acknowledged. All prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to adjust prices to account for increases in our suppliers' prices, the imposition of new taxes or duties, or where a published price is incorrect due to error or omission. In any such case, we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Prices, offers, and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer you a suitable alternative.
Please also note:
- Prices displayed via third-party websites may differ from our standard prices. Purchases at such prices can only be made on our website when arriving via the relevant third-party link.
- Prices and promotions offered on our website may differ from those offered at our trade stands, and vice versa. Neither channel is obliged to honour the other's prices or promotions.
- If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will, at our discretion, either contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order, or notify you that the order has been cancelled. We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price.
- Sale and promotional prices are valid only for the specified promotional period.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Shopify, our e-commerce and payment platform. Your card details are transmitted directly to Shopify's Level 1 PCI DSS–certified payment system and are never seen or stored by us. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.
5. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order has been received and payment has cleared, our team will pick, pack, and dispatch your items Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 48 hours.
Please note that dispatch and delivery are separate stages: once your order has been dispatched, UK delivery typically takes a further 2–3 days. Full delivery timescales, including international estimates, are set out on our Delivery Information page.
Made-to-order items (including all 3D printed models) are produced individually by our team and may take longer to dispatch. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details.
6. Order Tracking
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account on our website. Tracked delivery services also provide tracking references once your order has been dispatched.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our returns, refunds, and cancellation terms — including exceptions for made-to-order and sale items — are set out in full on our Returns & Cancellations page, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in that policy affects your statutory rights.
8. Delivery
Delivery options, charges, estimated delivery times, and terms relating to international orders (including customs duties and taxes) are set out on our Delivery Information page, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
