Delivery Information
UK Delivery
UK orders of £55 or more qualify for FREE standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked). Orders under £55 are charged a flat rate of £5. Royal Mail Special Delivery (£10) remains available as a faster, fully insured upgrade.
Delivery is charged as priced on each individual order.
Dispatch Times
Once you've placed your order, we aim to prepare, pack, and dispatch it within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery time is then in addition to this — see the estimates below.
Made-to-order items are not always held in stock and may take a little longer, as each one is produced by our expert team.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00. The cut-off for express delivery is Thursday at 12:00; express orders placed after this time will be collected on Monday morning.
Shipping Options
We currently offer two shipping services:
- Royal Mail Tracked — £5 within the UK; international rates calculated at checkout.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — tracked and insured (excluding weekends); cost calculated at checkout.
Final shipping costs are calculated at the end of the checkout process, based on the destination, size, and weight of your parcel.
Please note that adding an additional item to a gaming mat in your basket may increase the shipping cost.
Estimated Delivery Times
All times below are averages from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
VAT, customs charges, and/or excise duties may be payable in addition to the advertised sale price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend familiarising yourself with your local import charges before ordering. Geek Villain Ltd accepts no liability for these additional costs.
International customers should also note that Geek Villain Ltd is unable to provide compensation where goods are removed, destroyed, delayed, or damaged by customs officials in the destination country.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner attempts to deliver your order, they will usually attempt redelivery on the next working day, or leave a card offering collection from a local collection point.
If delivery is refused, or you are unavailable for both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any additional costs incurred.
Delivery Areas & Surcharges
All quoted delivery prices apply to most UK Mainland addresses. The following areas will incur additional charges and may experience delivery delays:
- Northern Ireland (BT)
- Isle of Wight (PO30–37)
- Isle of Man (IM)
- Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW)
- Outer Hebrides and Shetland Isles (HS, ZE)
We will only deliver goods to the address provided on the order.
Liability
Geek Villain Ltd cannot be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer as a result of a delayed, lost, or misrouted order.
