Delivery
Delivery is charged as priced on each order.
Once you've placed your order, it normal takes 2-3 working days to prepare, pack and leave our warehouse. 'Made to Order' items are not always kept in stock. They tend to take a little longer as they need to be made by our expert team.
We currently offer two shipping options:
- Royal Mail - tracked option - £5 in UK, cost to other countries calculated at the checkout.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery - cost calculated at the checkout, this is tracked and insured (excluding weekends)
The accurate shipping pricing it’s calculated at the end of the checkout process, taking in consideration the destination, the size and the weight of the parcel.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday between 09:00 x 16:00. Express delivery cut off time is Thursday 12:00, all orders placed after will be picked up on Monday morning.
Customers in UK should receive their orders, on average, within 2-4 days of dispatch. Royal Mail states they’ll deliver within 15 days but the vast majority of cases are much quicker than that.
Customers in Europe should receive their orders, on average, within 4-7 days of dispatch. Royal Mail states they’ll deliver within 21 days but the vast majority of cases are much quicker than that.
Customers in USA should receive their orders, on average, within 10-14 days of dispatch. Royal Mail states they’ll deliver within 21 days but the vast majority of cases are much quicker than that. We introduced UPS International for our customers in USA, the price is calculated at the checkout and delivery takes around 7 days.
Customers in Asia and Australia should receive their orders, on average, within 14-60 days of dispatch. Royal Mail states they’ll deliver within 21 days but the vast majority of cases are much quicker than that. We introduced UPS International for our customers in Australia and Asia, the price is calculated at the checkout and delivery takes around 7 days.
Please note VAT, customs, and or excise duties maybe payable on top of advertised sale price. Please familiarise yourself with your local charges. This is responsibility of the customer and Geek Villain Ltd will take no liability for the extra costs.
Please be mindful that shipping cost will increase, if you add an additional item to a gaming mat in your basket.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Geek Villain Limited can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost or misrouted orders. International clients please be advised that Geek Villain Limited is not liable to provide compensation if the goods are removed, destroyed or if delivery is delayed or damaged by your customs officials.
