Returns and Cancelations

Standard Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.

Only items purchased directly from Geek Villain, either online or at a Geek Villain stand, can be returned to Geek Villain. Geek Villain products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policies.

You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted and sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged (please note all 3D printed models are classed as made-to-order)
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. If the item is damaged or broken, please provide us with photos of the product.

2. Arrange for the item to be returned directly to us at:

3. Send all items back to us using the shipping method of your choice. Please note we advise using tracked service.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately.

Only in the case of damaged / defective items, we refund the shipping costs for up to £5. (If you choose to send it by courier and the cost of return is £9.50, we will only refund £5)

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be included in your refund, to cover the original shipping cost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please ensure you include your full name, address and order information to make it as easy as possible for us to process your refund or exchange. If you are shipping a high-value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

IMPORTANT FOR NONE UK CUSTOMERS:  

Any parcel returned due to none collection/none payment of duties or taxes, will be subject to a handling fees of 15% of the order price. Please remember that the shipping cost is also none refundable. 

Cancellations:

You are only eligible for a free cancellation before your order was dispatched.
If you decided to cancel the order after it was collected by postal service our returns policy apply. (please see above)

Please note the following exceptions to our cancellation policy:

  • Orders on 3D Printed Models cannot be cancelled.
  • Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
